What to expect as New Patient
- As a specialized hospital outpatient foot & ankle wound care program, we require a referral and need your medical records sent to us prior to scheduling your appointment. This can be done via your primary care provider.
- Before your first visit, the nursing staff will contact you to obtain your detailed medical history and accurate list of medications.
- Arrive on time or early to your scheduled appointment time.
We look forward to assisting with your medical care. Welcome to the Center!
